Right of withdrawal

According to the legal provisions, the customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Thus, the customer can return the product without justification or payment of penalties and receive the exchange or refund of the invoice amount up to 30 clear days after receipt of the product.
Within this period, the consumer can return the product, which must be in its original packaging, with all its accessories (case, cartridges, guarantees, instructions for use and documentation) by parcel, attaching the return slip complete and available in the “My Account” section of the site at the following address:

Must be shipped within 30 days, postmark or other tracking number as proof. The returned product must not have been used longer (more than a few minutes) and have exceeded the time required for a test, which could affect resale.
Return costs resulting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the risks of return are borne by the consumer.

Consequently, the postage must be sufficient to avoid a penalty upon receipt. Otherwise the penalties will be deducted from the refund. Cash on delivery packages are systematically rejected.
The refund will be made by bank transfer according to the customer’s payment method to his bank account or Paypal within a maximum period of 14 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
