DIPLOMAT products are made from materials selected with the utmost precision and care.
Rigorous testing during production and before delivery guarantees the high level of DIPLOMAT "Made in Germany" quality. Final inspection ensures that the products are both functional and attractive.
Each fountain pen nib is engraved by hand. DIPLOMAT guarantees the authenticity of the materials, the quality of manufacture and impeccable operation.
In the event of a defect in your DIPLOMAT product, please contact DIPLOMAT customer service or an authorised DIPLOMAT dealer. Any defect in material or workmanship will be repaired within five years of the purchase of the DIPLOMAT product. After this period, repair charges will apply.
The DIPLOMAT warranty can only be invoked on presentation of this international DIPLOMAT warranty certificate, duly completed, dated and signed by an authorised DIPLOMAT dealer.
This DIPLOMAT guarantee does not cover :
Defects resulting from ageing, wear and tear or normal use of the product.
Inappropriate handling and use, e.g. repair attempts by unauthorised persons. Exposure to force, accidents, knocks and impacts.
Use of components not recommended by DIPLOMAT
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.
CAUTION: The small parts of writing instruments can interfere with breathing. Please note that our products are not suitable for children under the age of 3.
