The final quality checks include testing to see that the writing instruments are in perfect working order
and that the appearance of all our products is immaculate.

The nib of every fountain pen is tested and professionally run or “written in” by hand.
DIPLOMAT guarantees the authenticity of the materials used, the perfect finishing to the products and also their perfect working order. Should there, however, be a fault or failure of any kind with your DIPLOMAT product, please contact the DIPLOMAT
Customer Service Department or an authorised DIPLOMAT dealer.

Any possibly faulty materials or defects in workmanship will be rectified for a period of up to five years following the purchase of the DIPLOMAT product. After this time, servicing costs will be
charged. The DIPLOMAT guarantee is only valid if this international DIPLOMAT Guarantee Certificate is also produced. The certificate has to be duly completed, it has to bear the date of purchase of the product and it has to be signed by an authorised DIPLOMAT dealer.
